Methods of maintenance of driller:
1. Check all components of the driller, whether the equipment is stable and reliable, whether the steel wire and connection are in good condition, and remove dust, soil and other things in the driller.
2. Check whether the operating handle of the driller is sensitive and easy to use, whether the positioning is firm and whether the triangle belt is suitable for tightening (especially for the brake of the main winch and auxiliary winch and the two friction clutch handles). Adjust them if necessary.
3. Check the driller power engine and mud pump, and the steering should be correct.
4. Smooth the parts of the driller according to the smoothing standards and charts.
5. The driller injects oil into the gearbox, turntable and turbine of the main drawworks as required.
6. Release clutch of diesel engine, clutch of mud pump, then turn v-belt to handwheel to check gearbox, universal shaft of main and auxiliary winch and turntable. Adjustments should be made if there are bites.
7. Drilling machine mixing mud, in order to ensure the drilling quality and drilling ability, a certain amount of mud and a certain amount of mud must be prepared before opening the hole. Typically, 600mm wellhead pipe is used for hole protection in quaternary formations. The slurry prepared must be no less than 4m3 with a viscosity between 10 and 20 pa. s.
8. For the test work of the driller, no-load test should be carried out after checking all parts of the driller. The investigation department is working as normal before the official start of drilling.
