1, daily maintenance
Check the oil level, check the air filter and coolant level, check whether there is leakage in the hose and all pipe fittings, check that the consumable parts have reached the replacement cycle and must be stopped for replacement, check the exhaust temperature of the main engine, which reaches or is close to 98°, the oil cooler must be cleaned and the pressure difference of the separator must be checked. When it reaches more than 0.6Bar (limit 1Bar) or the pressure difference begins to decline, the separator core should be stopped and replaced.
2, monthly maintenance
Check the cooler, clean if necessary, check all wire connections and tighten them, check AC contactor contacts, clean the dust on the surface of the motor suction outlet and the surface of the housing, clean the return oil filter to check whether the air compressor is set and operated consistently.
3, quarterly maintenance
Clean the main motor and fan motor, replace the oil filter element, clean the cooler, check the Z* small pressure valve, safety valve, check the sensor.
4, annual maintenance
Replace the lubricating oil and oil separator filter element, replace the air filter element, oil filter, safety valve calibration, check the elastic coupling to check the cooling fan, clean the automatic blowdown valve, supplement or replace the motor lubricating oil.

In fact, the maintenance of the air compressor is the same as the maintenance of the car, not to say that it is broken and the fault needs to be repaired, but to do a "physical examination" to eliminate the hidden trouble and prevent the occurrence of the air compressor fault.
