Method of repairing drilling rig

Maintenance method of drilling machine:

1. check whether all components and equipment of the drilling rig are stable and reliable, whether the steel wire and connection are intact, and remove the dust, mud and other things in the drilling rig.

2. check whether the operating handle of the drilling machine is sensitive and easy to use, whether the positioning is firm, and whether the V-belt is suitable for tightening (especially the brake for the main winch and auxiliary winch and the two friction clutch handles). Adjust them if necessary.

3. check the power engine and mud pump of the drilling machine, and the steering should be correct.

4. smooth the parts of the drilling machine according to the smoothing standard and chart.

5. the drilling machine shall inject oil into the gearbox, rotary table and turbine of the main winch as required.

6. loosen the clutch of the diesel engine and mud pump, and then turn the V-belt to the handwheel to check the gearbox, the cardan shaft of the main winch and the auxiliary winch and the rotary table. If there is bite, adjust it.

7. the drilling machine mixes mud. In order to ensure the drilling quality and drilling capacity, a certain amount of mud and a certain amount of mud must be prepared before drilling. Generally, in Quaternary strata, 600mm wellhead pipe is used for hole protection. The prepared mud must be no less than 4m3, with viscosity of 10 ~ 20pa S.

8. test the drilling machine. After checking all parts of the drilling machine, carry out no-load test. Before the drilling officially started, the investigation department was working normally.
