What are the reasons why the electric fixed machine unit is not loaded? How to check and deal with it?
1) The main reason for not loading is that the intake valve cylinder is not opened. The judgment method is: after the display shows "loading", for the normally closed valve, disassemble the nylon pipe to the cylinder to see whether there is air through. If there is air and the air volume is sufficient, the loading pipeline is normal, and then check whether the intake valve cylinder is damaged or the valve plate is stuck; If there is no air in the nylon pipe to the cylinder, check whether there is any problem in the whole loading pipeline. The most likely is to load the solenoid valve. After displaying "load", first check whether there is 220V power at the solenoid valve coil. If there is no check at the main control position, if there is no 220V from the main control position, the main control may be damaged. If there is 220V power at the solenoid valve and there is no air, The possibility of internal damage of the solenoid valve body is high (confirm that the pipeline from the oil and gas barrel to the solenoid valve is not blocked). For normally open valves, check the reverse of the above.
2) For normally closed valves, if there is air in the intake valve cylinder but it cannot be loaded, and the cylinder can be loaded normally after being pushed by hand, it is possible that the internal pressure is not established enough or the intake valve plate is stuck. In this way, the valve head can be opened faster to prevent the ball from being stuck in the valve plate. If the cylinder leaks, replace the cylinder.
