Insufficient air intake can be checked:
A. Check whether the intake air filter of diesel engine is blocked
B. With intercooler, check whether there is air leakage in intercooler pipe, resulting in insufficient air intake
C. If there is a problem with the turbocharger.
Check if the oil inlet is insufficient:
A. Whether the liquid level of diesel oil is full and whether the variety is appropriate (for example, diesel oil with lower brand should be used in winter in Northeast China to prevent cold diesel scaling from blocking the oil filter of oil pipe)
B. Whether the diesel oil filter is blocked
C. Whether there is air mixed in the oil pipeline (empty the air with the hand oil pump. Pay attention not to remove the high-pressure oil pipeline of the high-pressure common rail pump. If it is removed, high-pressure liquid may cause personal injury).
D. increase the total oil supply of the oil pump. (for Hengyang pump, disassemble the bottom cover plate on the right side of the pump and turn it clockwise for about 1 turn, so as to increase the total oil supply of the pump. This measure is generally not used. Use it with caution! It may cause excessive total fuel injection, incomplete combustion in the combustion chamber and red phenomenon in the exhaust manifold)
E. Check whether the flameout solenoid valve is pulled in place?
F.
