What are the reasons for insufficient exhaust?
1) The relief valve shall be unloaded when it should not be unloaded. Check whether each relief valve is stuck and deflates all the time.
2) The air filter is blocked, resulting in less air intake. Remove the air filter element and conduct a short test run to see whether the pressure has increased (for units without safety filter element, pay attention to ensure that sundries do not enter the machine head)
3) The speed decreases. (the shaft is broken, the belt loses rotation and slips, the rated frequency of the frequency converter is low, and the throttle of the diesel engine is not in place)
4) Tolerance adjustment moves in advance.
5) The intake valve is stuck and cannot be opened or cannot be fully opened.
6) The oil is blocked.
7) Insufficient false gas volume: the gas consumption of subsequent equipment increases, or the pipeline leaks. There may be geological ground joints with drilling rig. The treatment method is to check the air compressor to prevent problems in the air compressor, and close the ball valve to see that the rated pressure can be reached. For electrically driven units, check whether the current is consistent with the current under normal conditions under rated pressure, so as to judge whether there is a large change in gas volume.
8) Measure the air volume and eliminate the problem of air compressor.
