What are the reasons for oil return from air filter and how to deal with it?
1) It is mainly abnormal shutdown. The shutdown with pressure in the unit makes it too late to close the inlet valve, and high-pressure oil and gas is ejected from the inlet valve (such as power failure shutdown, emergency shutdown)
2) Dirt on the sealing surface of inlet valve counterweight or check valve, damage or jamming of the sealing surface will also lead to oil return of air filter.
3) The oil content in the exhaust is high. Some models discharged to the air filter contain oil in the air filter gas from the discharge valve, resulting in oil in the air filter. At this time, the exhaust is mostly accompanied by oil.
4) If the oil level of aiv-40b air inlet valve is too high, when the unit temperature is too high and the unloading of shutdown relief valve is too fast, due to high temperature and rapid pressure change during high-pressure emergency stop, if the foaming property of screw oil is poor, a large number of bubbles will flow into the oil, resulting in more oil in the discharge pipe, and it is easy to form the appearance of oil return at the air filter.
