深圳某贸易公司委托我司向深圳皇岗海关申报某品牌AC2300型号PC/ABS胶粒，我司报关员在审核该司所提供申报要素时发现其成分中28%PC，68%ABS的比例与编码390740000相矛盾，经过与该司操作员核实此型号胶粒的成分无误，系操作员提供错误编码，正确编码应为3903309000。之后经过了解发现该司在广州进口该型号胶粒时编码一直为390740000，且用ECFA免关税的方式进口，两种情况存在6.5%的关税差别，为此我司对该企业发出风险提示，之后该企业意识到此问题的严重性并及时更正规避通关风险。
