I. Host/motor system:
Single screw air compressor is also called screw air compressor. The meshing pair of single screw air compressor consists of a 6 head screw and two 11 tooth star wheels. Screw air compressor has a pair of rotor meshing each other, the spiral teeth of the rotor in opposite direction. The rotor with convex face is called convex rotor, and the rotor with concave face is called concave rotor. With the rotating movement of the rotor in the body, due to the invasion or separation of teeth, the working volume is constantly changing, so as to periodically change the volume between each pair of rotor slots, to achieve the purpose of suction, pressure, row.
It is the core component of the host screw air compressor. The host structure and working mechanism of any brand screw air compressor are similar.
(1) Inhalation process.
When the rotor rotates, a tooth of the Yang rotor and a tooth groove of the Yin rotor are continuously separated, and the volume between the teeth is gradually expanded and communicated with the inlet. Gas enters the intertooth volume through the suction inlet until the intertooth volume reaches a maximum value and is disconnected from the suction inlet. The teeth and the inner shell together seal the volume between the teeth, and the suction process ends. It should be noted that at this time, the volume between the teeth of the positive rotor and the negative rotor is not interconnected.
(2) Compression process.
The rotor continues to rotate, and the gas in the volume between the positive rotor teeth is compressed by the intrusion of the negative rotor teeth before the volume communication between the negative rotor teeth and the positive rotor teeth. After a certain rotation Angle, the volume communication between the teeth of the negative rotor and the positive rotor forms a V-shaped volume pair (original volume). As the teeth of the two rotors press against each other, the original volume gradually moves and shrinks, thus achieving the gas compression process. The compression process is until the battery volume is connected to the exhaust port.
(3) Exhaust process.
As the rotor rotates, the cell becomes smaller, so the compressed gas is sent to the exhaust pipe until it is smaller.
With the continuous rotation of the rotor, the suction, compression and discharge process cycle, each basic volume work in succession, thus forming the working cycle of the screw air compressor.
From the analysis of the above process, it can be seen that the two rotors turn to the side where the convex and concave teeth meet, and the gas is compressed to form a higher pressure, known as the high pressure zone. Instead, the screw turns to the side away from each other, the side where the convex and concave teeth are separated from each other, and the volume between the teeth expands to create a lower pressure, which is called the low pressure zone. These two areas are separated by a contact line between the housing and the rotor. The axial plane of the two rotors can be roughly considered as the interface between the high pressure and low pressure regions. In addition, a spiral channel formed by meshing lines between the positive and negative rotors causes the gas in the cell volume to spiral from the suction end to the discharge end during compression.
As a kind of rotary air compressor, screw air compressor has the characteristics of centrifugal air compressor in structure, and belongs to the category of volumetric air compressor in working principle.
1. High machining accuracy of spiral rotor space surface;
2. Meshing lines between rotors do not achieve better inter-stage sealing and are limited by rotor stiffness. At present, screw air compressors cannot achieve higher pressure.
3. The medium periodically high-speed through the suction port and exhaust port, leakage through the gap, so that the screw air compressor noise, noise reduction measures need to be taken;
