Working principle of air compressor:
The working cycle of air compressor is divided into three processes: suction, compression and exhaust. As the rotor rotates, each pair of teeth that meshed with each other successively completes the same working cycle.
1. Inlet process: when the rotor is rotating, the slot space of the Yin and Yang rotor is larger when the opening of the inlet endwall is rotating. At this point, the rotor slot space is connected with the air inlet, and the gas of the slot is completely discharged when the exhaust is completed, so the slot is in a vacuum state when the exhaust is completed, and the external gas is sucked into the slot of the Yin and Yang rotor along the axial direction. When the whole tooth groove is filled with gas, the intake side face of the rotor will fall off from the air inlet of the housing, and the gas in the tooth groove will be closed.
2, compression process: at the end of the Yin and Yang rotor suction, the roof of the Yin and Yang rotor is closed with the shell, and the gas is no longer flowing out of the tooth groove. The meshing surface gradually moves towards the exhaust end. The space between the meshing surface and the exhaust port becomes smaller, and the gas in the groove is compressed and the pressure rises.
3. Exhaust process: after the meshing end face of the rotor rotates to the exhaust port of the shell, the compressed gas begins to discharge until the meshing surface of the tooth crown and the tooth groove moves to the exhaust end face. The space of the meshing surface of the male and female rotors and the tooth groove of the shell exhaust port is 0, and the exhaust process is completed. At the same time, the length of the tooth groove between the meshing surface of the rotor and the air inlet of the shell is longer, and the air inlet process is carried out again.
From the above working principle, the screw compressor is a volumetric gas compression machine with rotating working volume. Gas compression is achieved by a change in volume, which is achieved by a pair of rotors of the compressor rotating in the housing.
Basic structure of air compressor:
The main components of air compressor are screw head and oil and gas separation tank. The screw head intakes air through an intake filter and an intake control valve, while injecting oil into the air compression chamber, which produces compressed air, to cool, seal the cylinder head and lubricate the screw and bearings. The compressed mixture of oil and gas is discharged into the oil and gas separation tank, where mechanical centrifugal force and gravity separate most of the oil from the mixture. The air passes through the core of the borosilicate glass fiber oil and gas separator cylinder, and most of the oil mist is separated. The oil separated from the oil and gas separation barrel is returned to the screw head through the return pipe. The oil filter is installed on the oil return pipe. After the oil return pipe is filtered by the oil filter, the clean oil returns to the screw head. After oil separation, compressed air leaves the oil cylinder and enters the aftercooler through a lower pressure control valve. The rear cooler cools the compressed air and then flows it out to the gas tank, using each gas as a unit. The condensed water is collected into a tank and drained automatically or manually.

13) Carefully remove dust from the compressor heat exchanger plate.
