Operating principle of drilling machine

Operating principle of drilling machine:

The well drilling machine is mainly used to develop groundwater resources, including domestic water, agricultural water and industrial water. It is also suitable for hydrogeological exploration, construction engineering and bridge foundation drilling.

There are two types: one is to add impact flow on the basis of rotary table reverse drilling rig, which is mainly based on reverse drilling. When encountering the pebble layer, the dual-purpose drilling rig with impact drilling function will be used. It has strong habits of all kinds. The other is a well drilling machine that combines impact and reverse action, such as the pneumatic DTH hammer. The air discharged from the upper and lower cavities of the piston flows downward into the drill bit, which has the function of cooling the drill bit and carrying the drilling cuttings at the bottom of the hole out of the wellhead. The structure of the reversible circulating well flushing part is basically the same as that of the rotary table reversible well drilling machine for well flushing with compressed air. The bits used are tungsten carbide spherical tooth bits or roller bits. Pneumatic DTH hammer drilling machine can be used to drill deep wells in hard rock strata. The drilling speed is high, and the drilling speed will not decrease with the increase of drilling depth. The drilled holes are relatively straight. In order to meet the drilling needs of different formations and improve the drilling capacity, the drilling rig is developing towards the direction of multi-functional drilling rig and full hydraulic transmission and operation: that is, the drilling rig is equipped with various equipment and accessories. Various drilling methods, such as impact, reverse and DTH hammers; Mud washing, compressed air washing and forward and reverse circulation washing methods can also be selected.
