As the name suggests, the two-stage compression screw machine combines the first stage compression rotor and the second stage compression rotor into a shell and is directly driven by helical gears. The air enters the first stage of compression through the air filter and is mixed with a small amount of lubricating oil in the compression chamber. The gas mixture is compressed to interstage pressure. The compressed gas enters the cooling channel and contacts with a large amount of oil mist, which greatly reduces the temperature. The cooled compressed gas enters the second stage rotor for secondary compression and is compressed to the final exhaust pressure. Finally, the two-stage compression screw machine is discharged through the exhaust flange to complete the whole compression process. According to the theory of engineering thermodynamics, the air compressor compresses at a constant temperature to save energy.

The two-stage screw compressor has the advantages of low noise, small vibration and high reliability. The two-stage compression screw machine can reduce the compression ratio at all levels, reduce internal leakage, improve volumetric efficiency, reduce bearing load, and extend the service life of the host. High efficiency oil-gas separation system adopts three-stage separation method (cyclone separation method, precipitation separation method and fine filtration method) to make the oil content of compressed air at the outlet only 2ppm. Compared with single-stage compression, two-stage compression screw machine is usually the most energy-saving isothermal compression. In principle, compared with single-stage compression, two-stage compression can save 5%-8% energy.

The two-stage compression screw machine uses a two-stage compression host, which uses two groups of screw rotors with different sizes to achieve reasonable pressure distribution and reduce the compression rate at each compression stage: it reduces internal leakage and improves volumetric efficiency. Reduce bearing load, prolong bearing life and service life of main engine, low noise design. Large diameter, low speed and low noise fans are selected to provide a large amount of air and effectively reduce fan noise. Fully enclosed silent design, more in line with international working noise standards.
